Welcome
Your Source for Personal
Growth
Looking for some help? I am more than aware of
how difficult this can be sometimes. Fear of
sharing. Thoughts that no-one can help. Anxiety
over how much will this cost. There is a whole
host of reasons we put in the way as to why we
don’t reach out. However, if we do, the likelihood
of feeling better and more confident is
wonderous!
I am a Registered BACP member, qualified NCS
Supervisor and experienced coach.
I offer a confidential counselling service, using an
integrative approach. This means that work can
involve Personal Centred Therapy briefly - this is
your journey, so the path taken is where you want
to go and explore with me alongside you.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy focusses on
problems, thoughts, emotions and behaviours, by,
simply explained, how we ‘think’, what our
cognitive approaches are. I also offer Gestalt,
which can lead to quite creative work using sand-
tray, art work, objects, role play. The meaning of
the word Gestalt, roughly translated means ‘an
organised whole’. The work helps those who may
be fragmented mentally, spiritually, bodily or
emotionally. They may be aware of certain parts
of themselves, rather than the whole self. The
therapies offered are dependent on the client’s
needs. I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework and
attend regular supervision.
